Can my dogs be out while the scooper is in my yard?
Yes, 95% of dogs are in the yard when we scoop. Dogs have good senses and we rarely have a problem.

Do I have to be home?
No, sign up for service, then relax, we'll take care of it!

Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts, you can cancel at any time! Once you have us take care of the mess, you will never want to do it again!

I have a lock on my gate, is that a problem?
Tell us where you hide the key or put a combination lock on and give us the combo, this way you never have to worry about unlocking your gate. You have more important things to remember than to leave the gate open for us.

How do I pay you?
Your card will be auto-charged every 4 weeks. Not only does this keep our prices the lowest by avoiding the cost of invoicing, but it saves your time and worry about opening mail, writing checks, or logging on to make payments. We can invoice you, but your weekly rate will be more to cover processing, accounting, and invoicing.

My dog's waste hasn't been picked up in awhile, is that extra? Yes, for example if it hasn't been picked up in 2 weeks, the extra charge for the first clean-up is $30.00. If it has been additional weeks since the waste has been collected, please refer to our 1 Time service page for your initial fee.

Will you be sure to close my gate?
Our #1 rule is to make sure your gate is secure while we're in the yard working AND when we leave your yard. We have never had a dog get out, we are very careful!
